Actor and Playwright: London (1592 – 1612)
-       Wrote more than 30 plays

-       Several of his works were published and sold as popular literature.
-       He was able to attract the attention of Henry Wriothesley, the Earl of Southampton, to whom he dedicated his first published poems "Venus and Adonis" (1593) and "The Rape of Lucrece" (1594)
Entrepreneur and artist (1599)
-       Built his own theatre on the south bank of the Thames River, which he called the Globe, which became the most famous theatre of its time.
Sonnet Writer (1593-1601)
-       Wrote The Sonnets of Shakespeare which consists of 154 sonnets.
